Electronic submission is listed only where the agency has approved us, with the program named. Everywhere else the station produces the FD-258 card and the EFT file your channeler or agency accepts today.

Program: Civil applicant livescan (third-party vendor)
Applicants: Concealed handgun carry license (CHCL) first; other civil applicant types as the agency enables them
Where we are: Vendor paperwork filed; building and testing against the agency's specification. Submission stays off until the Arkansas State Police approves us.

What you get: An FD-258 card PDF to print on card stock and a standard EFT file (FBI civil format) to upload or hand to your channeler
What you do: Submit through the process your agency or channeler already gives you; the station replaces ink and the card scanner, not the agency relationship
Next: States are added in the order customers ask for them, once the agency has approved us

What the status words mean

Approved: The agency has approved 10Scan LiveScan for electronic submission in the named program. Your location still completes its own agreement and connection test with the agency.
In certification: We are building to and testing against the agency's specification. Electronic submission is switched off in every account until the agency approves us.
Planned: We have agreed a timeline with the agency and work has not started. Nothing is planned today that is not listed above.
FD-258 and EFT: No electronic channel yet. The station produces the card and the file; you submit them through the agency's current process.
